That's when people often hallucinate that someone (or an alien, or the Virgin Mary) is in the room with them, or that a ghost is holding them down, or something like that. Is that the kind of thing you're talking about? This didn't feel like that, since I was already asleep and dreaming. The nurse was definitely a character within the dream. Nope.
